HOW LONG IS THE PHOTOSHOOT?
You will have a 1 hour time slot with Simon Howard where you will also be potentially shooting with 1-2 other people on the challenge at the same time using a rotation basis. Exact time slots will be confirmed at a later date.
Iโve Never Done A Photoshoot Before, What Can I Expect?
Simon Howard, the photographer is amazing at what he does. He will make you feel at complete ease and guide you through the photoshoot if needed to ensure you get the most out of it. You can also have multiple outfit changes throughout the photoshoot if you wish.
Do I Need A Gym Membership?
To get the best results and the most out of the 12 weeks, a gym or well-equipped home gym is recommended.
Is This Programme Suitable For Complete Beginners?
No. A minimum of 1 years training experience is recommended.
How Many Times Per Week Will Do I Need To Train?
Following completion of the client forms, Jimmy will assess and decide which training programme is best for you. The minimum requirement will be 3 days and no more than 5 days.
The Photoshoot Challenge Sounds Great But I Struggle To Stick To Diet Plans...
Rest assured, the methods Jimmy uses to design customised nutrition plans are based on education and experience he has gained over the years from coaching. Jimmy will provide you with nutritional templates based around your calorie requirements but will also educate you on adopting a flexible approach so you will be able to swap and change foods to what suits you. Jimmy will work closely with you to find an approach that works for you.
